At Dio Candle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unlit items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unlit candles in their original boxes with protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us without any damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
